(Trim Healthy Mama For Beginners)

If you have followed all the tips and are now full yon plan then todays tip might seem a bit weird, especially as the final one. Bear with me though and I will explain.

Each time I reread the books I feel more motivated to keep working on the plan and I find more and more information to incorporate for success. When you think you know what you are doing with something it is easy to get complacent, rereading the book helps to prevent that and to keep you on plan.

Whichever book you have read, the original or the new plan book, make time to reread it. It doesn’t have to be cover to cover, just have a look and see which parts interest you the most or you feel the least familiar with. If there is something you are struggling with, then read that chapter again. I would even suggest reading it a second time and highlighting key parts and adding notes in – if you’re someone who is happy to do that (and you’re not reading a library book!)

The more you study something the more you learn and getting healthy is a lifelong learning process.

So for your final day, make the effort to keep rereading and learning on your Trim Healthy Mama journey – you won’t regret it!
