If you can remember back to when we started, day one was to write a letter to yourself about why you wanted to make changes. Now that you are (hopefully) fully on plan, it is a great time to read back this letter to yourself for motivation. If you didn’t write a letter, then now is a great time to write one for future use.
Making a change to a more healthy way of life for yourself and your family is not easy and you should be really pleased with yourself for the effort you have made. No one can make you do the work of reading the book, planning the meals and making on plan choices – only you can do that and if you have then you should be proud of what you have achieved and are going to continue to achieve. This is a way of eating for life and you have just made some huge life changes that will carry you and your loved ones into a healthier future.
