Exercise is not essential to success on the Trim Healthy Mama plan and this is something that is covered in both the original and the new plans books. However, we all feel better for a bit of movement and so today we are looking at making exercise work for you.

The secret to exercise is finding something that you love. The gym is a great place for some people to work out but for others it is their idea of torture!

There are so many different ways of getting and staying fit now, that there really is something for everyone. Many different types of exercise are available online now too, both for free on sites like YouTube or paid for on sites like

Your task today is to explore what is available online, on your own DVD shelves, in your community or just outside in the fresh air and find what gets you excited and motivated. When you find something you truly love then exercise becomes something you look forward to and want to do regularly and that is the very best way for a healthy body and mind.
