Trim Healthy Mama for beginners, tips and tricks to success!
I have been following the Trim Healthy Mama plan for almost 3 years now and I love it! I am currently down about 56lbs and have about 30lbs to go, but the health improvements have been massive! It has also changed my life as I have become a Facebook admin for the main board, No special ingredients board and UK board and that has led to me making friends with some amazing ladies and I have had the privilege of helping other women find out how to make THM work for them too.
I have previously written on here about Trim Healthy Mama and those posts were really popular and the post about starting THM was even featured on the main THM Facebook page.
That is why I am starting a new series for the month of September. After a summer of relaxing and the children going back to school, now is a great time to really get started on THM and work towards your Christmas goals. Every day throughout September I will be posting a tip that will hopefully help you get completely on plan and on your way to success by the end of the month. Each day is something simple and easy to do, but should help you on your way.
Please note – these tips presume you have already read one of the plan books. Nothing in these tips will tell you how to actually follow the plan if you haven’t read the books. Please, please, please read the plan book and start to learn about how meals are put together, how long to wait between meals and what foods to avoid and enjoy. There is no substitute for learning from the book – no matter how much people might give an overview or tell you that the cookbook is enough – it isn’t. This is a lifelong way of eating and you need to invest the time in learning how it works for yourself, that way you will succeed.
